How is $9,995 even possible?

Because I don't have a sales team, a marketing team, a VC board demanding 10x returns, or a SaaS business model. I built what I would've wanted. One price. That's it.

Do I really own it forever?

Legally? It's a perpetual, non-assignable license. We can't revoke it. We can't charge you more. We can't force an upgrade. If we go out of business, your data is yours — it's in a portable SQLite database. Check the terms at louieauto.com/terms.

What if you go out of business?

Your data doesn't disappear. It's in a SQLite database. You can export it. You can move it. You can use it. Unlike DealerSocket or Podium, your data isn't locked in some proprietary cloud.

What about support and updates?

Support is included. Updates are free. We'll maintain the software as long as people use it. But you're not dependent on us — your data is portable.

Will there be a price increase?

For new customers, maybe. We priced this low to prove the concept works. But if you buy at $9,995, that's your price forever. Not $9,995 for year 1, then $12,995 for year 2. Just $9,995.

How does seat pricing work?

You get 3 seats included. A "seat" is 1 concurrent user, but unlimited people can use that seat (morning crew, evening crew, whoever). Each additional seat is $500. Add as many as you need, whenever you need them.

Can I add seats later?

Yes. Anytime. $500 per seat. No contracts. No minimum commitments. Add a seat in January, remove it in March if you don't need it.

What if I want to switch vendors?

Your data exports in standard formats (CSV, JSON, SQL). You can move it anywhere. We won't lock you in because we don't have to — the value should speak for itself.

Is this some kind of limited-time offer?
