From The Floor, Not The Lab

We've Been Where You Are.
We Built What We Wish We'd Had.

30 years on the floor. Not 30 years studying it.

We know what it feels like when the lender calls back at 4:58pm Friday with conditions. When the customer's trade has $4K of negative equity you didn't see coming. When F&I has 3 deals waiting on stips and the GM wants a report and you're bouncing between six login screens. We didn't study your world. We lived it.

The Moments That Cost You

These aren't use cases. These are Tuesday.

4:58pm Friday. Lender calls back.

Conditions on the deal. Customer's already gone home. Stip list sitting in an email nobody checked. Deal dies on the floor.

Louie flags the stip at submission and tracks it in real time.

Trade comes in $4K upside down.

Equity tool wasn't open. Salesperson didn't run the numbers. Now you're trying to restructure the deal at the table with the customer watching.

Louie runs equity on every trade before the customer sits down.

Service drive. Advisor sells $400. Customer expected $120.

Nobody called for authorization. Customer's furious. You're comping the job and writing a Google review response at 8pm.

Louie coaches the write-up, flags cost overruns, and drafts the review response.

GM wants month-end numbers.

You're bouncing between the DMS, a spreadsheet, your CRM, and a lender portal that logged you out. It takes two hours to pull what should be one screen.

Louie is the one screen. Live gross, by person, all month, one login.

That car's been sitting 73 days.

Nobody dropped the price. Floor interest is eating the gross. The manager knows but hasn't touched it because nobody put it in front of them.

Louie flags it at day 30. Suggests the price drop. Shows the daily floor cost.

Lender keeps buying at tier 3. You keep sending tier 2.

Your F&I manager submits by feel. Some lenders like lower PTI. Some want longer terms. Nobody tracks the patterns. You're leaving reserve on the table every deal.

Louie learns every lender's buying pattern from your own deals and routes accordingly.

Here's What We See Every Day

Seven vendors. Seven login screens. Seven monthly invoices. Seven vendors who don't talk to each other — and none of them built by someone who ever sat at a desk.

Your DMS vendor makes money when you stay. Your CRM vendor makes money when you buy add-ons. Your lender portal makes money every submission. Your reputation vendor makes money every review response.

None of them make money when you win.

So they build features you don't need. They charge you for things that should be free. They lock you in so you can't leave. And they explain your own business back to you like you've never run a deal.

We built Louie from the other direction. We started with 30 years of deals, not a product roadmap. Every module is something we would've used on a Tuesday morning with four cars in transit and a GM asking where the month stands.

The One Thing Every Vendor Gets Wrong

If it needs a training day,
it isn't finished yet.

Every vendor who's ever walked through a showroom door came with a three-day onboarding, a 90-page manual, and a "certified trainer" who's never worked a deal. They build software for IT departments. Louie was built for car guys who don't have time for any of that.

0
Training Days
Open it. You know where you are. Every screen was designed so a lot attendant can figure it out on day one.
0
IT Calls
Download it. Your AI asks you 8 questions and builds your store's setup. No IT department. No consultant. No ticket queue.
0
Manuals
The AI explains itself in plain English. Ask it anything. It answers in car-guy language, not tech-guy language. Always.

"I got sick of it. Every time a vendor came in, I had to send half my team to a training room for two days and listen to someone explain my own business back to me. So I built it the other way — if you can swipe left on a phone, you can run every module in Louie. Green pea. Lot attendant. Doesn't matter. Open it and go."

What's Killing Your Profit (By Role)

General Manager

7

vendor contracts you're managing

The Pain: $7,200/month in software bills. You can't tell if they're working. You sell the dealership, half your setup costs need renegotiation.
LouieAuto: One contract. $24,995. Forever. All 1,180+ modules. No surprises. You own it. Buyer's problem is you, not the software.
Impact: $86,400/year in overhead gone. Control back in your hands.

Desk Manager / F&I

18%

F&I penetration you could gain right now

The Pain: You're leaving 3-5 units/month on the table because your F&I process is manual. Your lender portal costs $300/mo. Your CRM costs $3K/mo. A second lender portal costs another $300/mo. None of them talk to each other.
LouieAuto: F&I coaching + lender outcome loop + customer portal in one place. See which lenders close faster. Teach your staff why. Watch penetration climb.
Impact: 18% F&I lift = $24,000/mo on a $100K/mo store = $288K/year extra gross. Investment: $24,995. Year 1 ROI: 2,892%.

BDC Director / Lead Manager

6

hours/week wasted on CRM data entry

The Pain: You're paying $1K/mo for Podium, $3K/mo for your legacy DMS, another $500 for an SMS platform. Your team bounces between tools. Lead intake is broken. You're losing quality leads every day because your process is manual.
LouieAuto: One CRM. Lead intake automated. Conquest intelligence built-in. Drip sequences firing automatically. AI coaching on calls. SMS included. No data entry.
Impact: 6 hours/week = 312 hours/year × $20/hr = $6,240 back in your day. Plus 15-20% more quality leads from conquest intelligence. Plus close rate coaching = 8-12% contact rate lift.

Sales Manager

40%

of your time chasing customer follow-ups

The Pain: You've got follow-ups scattered across text, email, DMS, CRM. You can't see the customer's full history. You don't know what your desk did. You're chasing $8K gross deals because follow-up is broken.
LouieAuto: Every customer interaction in one place. Conquest → BDC → sales → desk → service all visible. Follow-ups automatic. AI reminders based on market heat. Trade equity alerts triggered before customer hits the lot.
Impact: 6 hours/week back in your day. 15% of dead deals come back as equity alerts. 3-4 extra units/month = $18K-24K extra gross per month.

Service Manager / Service Director

22%

service customers you should resell

The Pain: Your DMS shows service visits. That's it. You don't know which service customers have equity (could be sold). You don't know which own paid-off vehicles (could be financed again). You're leaving $4K-8K per service customer on the table.
LouieAuto: Service visit triggers equity alerts. Buyback alerts. Equipment finance alerts. Trade-in value alerts. Your team knows what to pitch before they pick up the phone.
Impact: 8-12 extra used units per year from service customers = $40K-60K extra gross per location per year.

Finance Manager / Accounting

9

different data sources you reconcile every month

The Pain: Payables from DMS. Receivables from CRM. Lender payments from your lender portal. Service income from service software. You're doing manual reconciliation. Excel sheets. You don't have real-time P&L.
LouieAuto: All deals, all payments, all revenue in one database. Real-time P&L by sales/BDC/service team. Commission calculations automated. No reconciliation.
Impact: 12 hours/month reconciliation gone. Real-time visibility into what's working. Bonus calculations correct on the 26th, not the 30th.
"I spent 30 years on a lot watching vendors price-gouge dealerships. Charge $3K a month for a CRM you could build in 8 weeks. Charge $1K a month for reviews. Charge $300 a month for a lender portal. Piece it all together and you're paying $7K-8K a month for software that doesn't talk to itself. I got sick of it. So I built what I would've wanted as a floor operator — one system, all the tools, one honest price, and you own it forever."

What You Actually Own

It comes with its own brain.

Most AI platforms keep no memory of your store. Louie ships with its own local learning brain: 3.7M+ deal simulations baked in, 9 self-calibrating feedback loops running nightly, lender routing that gets smarter from every deal you close. Conversational AI uses your choice of provider — zero-retention Claude by default, or fully-offline Ollama. You don't rent it. You own it.

Your Data Stays Yours

Every customer record, every transaction, every note. You can export it anytime. Modify it anytime. Keep it forever.

No Per-User Fees

Add your whole team. 3 seats included; $500 per additional seat.

No Per-Transaction Fees

Sell 5 cars a day or 50. Same cost. We don't make money when you sell — we made our money when you bought.

No Per-Module Upsells

1,180+ modules included. We won't release a "premium" version next year. We won't charge $300/mo for a feature you need.

M&A? Your License Transfers

Sell your store, the license transfers with the asset sale — $995 flat transfer fee, no renegotiation. Buyer gets your setup, your data, your full license. No SaaS vendor involved.

Price Locked Forever

$24,995 in 2026. $24,995 in 2030. $24,995 in 2040. We can't raise your price because you own it.

What the Competition Won't Tell You

Honest breakdown of what you're paying for — and what you're not getting.

Legacy Lender Portal

$300/month base plus $2–$8 per submission. Submit to 8 lenders on a tough deal and you've just spent $64 on one customer. At 40 deals/month: $2,500–$5,000/year in submission fees alone — on top of the subscription.

LouieAuto: Zero per-submission fees.

Legacy DMS Suites

$3K–$5K/month with no real seat cap — "concurrent users" often means you pay more as you grow. Contract auto-renews 90 days before expiry. Miss the window, you're locked for another year.

LouieAuto: $24,995, no auto-renewal, no lock-in.

Podium

Owns your Google review connection. Switch vendors and you lose review history continuity. Reputation data is theirs, not yours. $1K/month for features that took them 2 weeks to build.

LouieAuto: Your review data stays yours. Export anytime.

Legacy DMS

Base DMS + every add-on billed separately. Integration fees ($500–$2K each). Mandatory upgrades. Support calls routed through tiers. Real cost for a 2-location group: $8K–$15K/month all-in.

LouieAuto: Works alongside your existing DMS. No forced migration.

Why This Actually Works

Most vendors make money on the back end: Keep you in, lock you in, extract every dollar over 10 years.

We made our money on the front end: $24,995 from you once. Now we win when you win.

When your F&I penetration goes from 12% to 27%, we don't get a commission. You keep the whole $288K/year. That alignment is the whole point.

Real Questions from Real Dealers

How is $24,995 even possible?

Because I don't have a sales team, a marketing team, a VC board demanding 10x returns, or a SaaS business model. I built what I would've wanted. One price. That's it.

Do I really own it forever?

Legally? It's a perpetual, non-assignable license. We can't revoke it. We can't charge you more. We can't force an upgrade. If we go out of business, your data is yours — it's in a portable SQLite database. Check the terms at louieauto.com/terms.

What if you go out of business?

Your data doesn't disappear. It's in a SQLite database. You can export it. You can move it. You can use it. Unlike a legacy DMS or Podium, your data isn't locked in some proprietary cloud.

What about support and updates?

Support is included. Updates are free. We'll maintain the software as long as people use it. But you're not dependent on us — your data is portable.

Will there be a price increase?

For new customers, maybe. We priced this low to prove the concept works. But if you buy at $24,995, that's your price forever. Not $24,995 for year 1, then $12,995 for year 2. Just $24,995.

How does seat pricing work?

Your whole team is included — no per-user fees. Everyone who works in your store can have their own login. Morning crew, evening crew, BDC, F&I, GM — all in.

Can I add more users later?

Yes. Anytime. Your license already includes all users — just add new logins as you hire. No extra cost, no contracts, no approvals needed.

What if I want to switch vendors?

Your data exports in standard formats (CSV, JSON, SQL). You can move it anywhere. We won't lock you in because we don't have to — the value should speak for itself.

Is this some kind of limited-time offer?

No. This is how we're always going to price it. One honest price. Forever.
