Honest scope: the National DNC Registry doesn't offer a free public bulk-check API —
live FTC access requires telemarketer registration and a paid subscription. This is a
dealer-maintained suppression list: upload a CSV of phone numbers (optionally with a
reason column) and every match against a customer's phone gets flagged. Flagged numbers are blocked
dealership-wide from auto-dial, auto-text, and campaign sends — not just here.
