In CDK, go to Reports → Scheduled Reports. Create a new schedule for your Sales Journal. Set it to run nightly at 11 PM. Set delivery method to Email.

Reynolds & Reynolds auto-delivery❯
Reynolds lets you schedule FTP exports. In ERA-IGNITE, go to Administration → Report Scheduler.
Email data@louieauto.com with subject REYNOLDS-FTP-[your dealer code] and we'll send your FTP endpoint and credentials within one business day.

In Tekion, go to Settings → Scheduled Reports. Set up your Deal Recap on a nightly schedule.
