Company background.

LouieTech — Makers of LouieAuto.

LouieTech was built by automotive retail veterans with 30 years on the floor — operators who were always on the inside looking out. Desking deals, running lender relationships, training green peas, watching where the software fell short. When the available tools kept missing the reality of how deals actually get worked, the team stopped waiting for someone else to build it right and built it themselves — encoding three decades of floor experience into an AI-native platform.

Domain expertise: subprime auto lending, desk-management decision trees, F&I product matching, aged-inventory strategy, FTC Safeguards Rule implementation.

Operator publication archive.

The LouieAuto blog is the operator-POV publication — eight long-form posts on dealership software, lender routing, F&I coaching, platform resilience, and the vertical-AI market. Publication cadence: roughly monthly since August 2025.

Coverage & mentions.

Transparency. LouieAuto has not yet been covered in mainstream industry press. LouieTech has chosen not to publicly identify the dealer group powering the live deployment for privacy reasons. Inbound interview requests: brian@louieauto.com.

Suggested angles.

  • Vertical AI in non-Silicon-Valley verticals. LouieAuto is a Midwest operator-built AI product; the counter-narrative to the SF-centric vertical-AI wave.
  • The post-2024 DMS resilience shift. What the 2024 outage events revealed about dealer-software architecture, and which companies are building the complementary layer.
  • How dealer-group principals are thinking about AI. The LouieTech team represents a demographic (dealer-group operators in their 50s and 60s) that software industry analysts chronically underestimate.
  • The economics of multi-provider LLM routing. LouieAuto has production experience running across five LLM backends; case study material on when vendors should (and should not) consolidate.
