Demo Evaluation Terms

Effective April 19, 2026 · Supplement to LouieAuto Terms of Service
These terms govern access granted via broker-issued evaluation tokens or magic-link demo sessions. They supplement — and do not replace — the full Terms of Service.

1. Shared Demo Environment

Demo access uses a shared demonstration environment pre-loaded with synthetic dealership data. No real dealer records, customer personally identifiable information (PII), or live DMS/CRM data is present in the demo environment. All inventory, deal, and customer records shown are fictitious and for illustration purposes only.

2. No FTC Safeguards Coverage in Demo Mode

The demo environment is not covered by LouieAuto's FTC Safeguards Rule compliance controls, which apply only to production deployments connected to real dealer data. Evaluation users should not upload or enter any real customer data, financial records, or nonpublic personal information (NPI) during a demo session.

3. Evaluation Period and Access Revocation

Broker-issued evaluation tokens expire as specified in the token or broker agreement — typically 14 to 30 days from issuance. LouieAuto reserves the right to revoke demo access at any time. Access is non-transferable; sharing an evaluation token with unauthorized parties violates these terms.

4. Confidentiality

The LouieAuto platform, its modules, AI logic, prompts, data structures, and any materials accessed during evaluation are confidential proprietary information of LouieAuto / LouieTech. Evaluation users may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or disclose platform internals to third parties without prior written consent.

5. No Warranty

The demo environment is provided "as is" for evaluation purposes. LouieAuto makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uptime, accuracy of demo data, or fitness for any particular purpose during evaluation access.

6. Governing Terms

All other terms — including limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution — are governed by the full Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Demo Evaluation Terms and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control.
