This site, including its live interactive product demo, is a public marketing and sales resource for the LouieAuto product — a real, commercially purchasable dealership platform. No account, access token, or NDA is required to browse the site or try the demo. By accessing this site or its demo, you ("Visitor") agree to the following terms.

1. Permitted Use

The demo is provided so that prospective customers, partners, and other visitors can evaluate LouieAuto's capabilities before purchasing a license. It is openly accessible to the public.

2. Prohibited Use

1. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code, system prompts, business logic, or proprietary methods underlying the demo.
2. You may not use the demo, its UI, its outputs, or any insights derived from it to build, train, or inform any competing product.
3. You may not use the demo, or any data or credentials associated with it, for any production, commercial, or live customer-facing purpose — it runs on synthetic sample data only.

3. Confidentiality

The demo runs on synthetic, publicly viewable sample data and is not confidential. Non-public technical or business information not shown in the demo — including underlying source code, system prompts, and proprietary methods — remains Confidential Information of LouieAuto and is not licensed or disclosed by your use of this site. Any separate materials shared under an executed Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (for example, in connection with a private acquisition or investment discussion) remain governed by that NDA.

4. Demo Data

All customer names, phone numbers, emails, vehicle records, deal records, and dealer metrics shown in the Demo are entirely fictional and synthesized for demonstration purposes. They do not represent any real person, vehicle, transaction, or business. Any resemblance to actual persons, businesses, or events is coincidental.

5. No Warranty

The Demo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. LouieAuto makes no representation regarding the Demo's availability, performance, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, content, trademarks, and trade secrets associated with the Demo and the LouieAuto product remain the exclusive property of LouieAuto. No license or transfer of intellectual property is granted by access to the Demo.

7. Access Revocation

LouieAuto may modify, suspend, or discontinue the demo (or any part of the website) at any time, for any reason, without notice.

8. Monitoring

Standard web analytics are used to understand how the site and demo are used. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any dispute arising shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Illinois.
