Fill in the deal structure and click Run Matrix to see all payment scenarios across 5 terms × 6 down amounts.
Click Run Pencils to generate three offer structures: Max Gross, Payment Match, and Quick Close.
Run the matrix first, then click Route Lenders to see which banks auto-approve vs. need a call for this deal structure.
Select a deal from the left panel to view pencil history, customer responses, and manager notes.
Switch to the Lease tab in the inputs panel, fill in the lease structure, and click Calculate Lease.
